Got my order quickly. Cant wait to jump into this. 2 years ago I tried Alyson Chugerman Attain True Health spring cleanse and gained a whole new perspective on the healthy eating habits I thought I had been doing for 10 yrs. All that I had learned just in 4 weeks is now available in a book. Not only am I more healthier but I am also more aware of what I buy and cook for my kids. I even discovered major ingredients in my food that triggers my migraines. Now I know what to stay away from. Healthy eating and living is not a habit...its a lifestyle.
